Timmons Properties, Inc. has served as the managing agent for the Willoughby Station Homeowners Association December 2019.   Lori Dalton has served in the role of Community Association Manager since December 2019 with the retirement of long-term Community Managers Jim and Joan Atkeison.   

Lori Dalton in her role as Community Association Manager serves as the person in charge of day-to-day operations of the Willoughby Station HOA.  The role and responsibilities of the Community Association Manager includes the handling of homeowner related issues, common area and amenity area maintenance issues, support for the board of directors and community committees, financial issues, and homeowner architectural change requests.
