As your new HOA President, I want to thank everyone for your vote of confidence in me. Please feel free in the future to call or email me with any concerns or suggestions. I am very excited and ready to do what needs to be done.
You will see in other sections of the newsletter that there is a lot happening the community this month. The pools are opening and the annual community-wide garage sale will be held. If you have some unwanted items and you cannot participate in the community garage sale, please consider donating your items to Habitat for Humanity on Saturday, May 14. Please see the article in the newsletter for details.
You will see in the minutes of the last meeting of the board what areas of the community service individual board members will be involved with. Anytime you have any questions, comments or suggestions regarding any of these areas, please feel free to contact the board member that is responsible for that area or send a message through the community website:
Volunteers are always needed for various events and activities in the community. Volunteering to help with a neighborhood event is a great way to meet your neighbors. Volunteers are needed now to start planning for our annual Summerfest. If you think you could help with the Summerfest or other events, please contact Lisa Shariat or Catherine Jones, whose telephone numbers and e-mail addresses are listed in the newsletter.
Thank you all again.
