Association Management Services
Association Management Services has served as the managing agent for the Willoughby Station Homeowners Association since the inception of the association. Jim and Joan Atkeison are the two principals of the company and both serve as community managers for Willoughby Station.
Joan and Jim are involved with most areas related to the community, including, homeowner related issues, common area and amenity area maintenance issues, support for community committees, developer related issues, financial issues and homeowner architectural change requests.
